Marian K. Riedy, Esq., is an Assistant Professor of Business Law, Emporia State University, and a consultant to Bode & Grenier, LLP, a Washington, D.C. litigation firm. She has specialized in litigation since graduating from Harvard Law School in 1981. She has been trained in various ADR techniques, and served for many years as a mediator. She received her MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
